• Premium Only: AI workflows (Make.com scenarios, Python scripts), AI-enabled agents, and experimental prototypes.

Yes. Your new plan simply unlocks additional libraries, benefits, and tools. You will receive a license update that grants access to the new capabilities immediately.

All subscription tools are secured to ensure fairness. The process is simple:

1. Download the License Request Form from your welcome email and run it to generate your machine ID.
2. We send you a custom license file and a link to your tool repository.
3. Open an Excel tool and browse to your license file when prompted.

The license is cached, so you won't be asked again unless your system changes. Note: An internet connection is required when opening files to validate your active subscription.

For Memberships (Base, Pro, Premium): Tools are locked and run via the licensing system. The VBA code is not accessible. This protects the integrity of the tools and keeps subscription prices low.

For Individual Purchases: If you buy a specific tool at full price (outside of a membership), it may be delivered unlocked with full VBA access. This is the only option that grants code visibility.

Membership licenses are bound to a single PC (Machine ID). If you use a work laptop and a home desktop, or need a team license, please contact us to discuss a custom multi-seat arrangement.

Yes, on a best-endeavors basis. We actively incorporate user feedback. Minor improvements are often added quickly. Large feature requests may be scheduled for future versions or developed as Premium workflows.

Yes. All memberships are month-to-month. You can cancel directly through your Stripe billing portal. Your access remains active until the end of your current billing cycle.

Licensed Excel tools will stop working when your subscription expires. However, any unlocked tools you purchased individually (at full price) remain yours forever. Access to the Freelancer Directory and Resource Vault (Free Tier) remains active.

• Base: You pay a 30% commission on every sale.
• Pro: You pay a reduced commission of 10% on every sale.
• Premium: You pay 0% commission. You keep 100% of the revenue from your sales.

Payments are typically arranged via Stripe. We’ll discuss the setup with you when you’re ready to publish a tool in our Store.
